ITINERARY
Upon your arrival in the bustling Ho Chi Minh City, still called “Saigon” by many locals, your guide will welcomed you at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel for check –in. Your room is at disposal from.

Enjoy the attraction of Ho Chi Minh City. Sightseeing examples of French colonial architecture and exploring the Vietnam’s turbulent in past at the Museum.Our guide will show you the most interesting sights that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. Depart from your hotel to the Reunification Palace; this beautifully preserved palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On April 30th 1975 the American War officially came to an end here. Afterward, we visit Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, which was built in 1880, and the Old Post Office, which was built sometime between 1886 and 1891. It is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
Our last stop would be at a local Market where you can practice your bargaining skills while shopping for souvenirs. Discover local life and culture. You’ll find some of the friendliest, liveliest, most convivial people in the city in here.
Return your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time in the rest of day
8:00 AM car & guide transfer you to Mekong Delta start the trip. Before going to the cruise ship terminal in Cai Be, the car stops at Cai Be Cao Dai Oratories, which is the religious symbol of local uniqueness. Then you are picked up by the tourist boats to visit the floating market of rice in An Cu commune, Cai Be district – where is the largest rice trade exporter Southwest region of Vietnam, we will chat to learn more about daily life of the trader. The next destinations are the ancient village of Dong Hoa Hiep commune and Cai Be floating market. Leaving the floating market, tourist boats take you to Tan Phong islet and enjoy a rowing boat via small canals to the Chin’s house. Here, guests and homeowners drink tea together, chat and learn more about the daily life of the people Tan Phong islet and how to make lotus tea, lotus jam. Then, enjoying a lotus tea, lotus jam while listening to Vietnamese traditional music called “tai tu music” performed by Mr. Chin. Goodbye Mr. Chin, we continue visiting the orchard of Ms. Hang and enjoy the fruits in the garden picked by yourselves. The next destination is Mekong Eco restaurant where the diners have a chance to participate in cooking process and enjoy lunch. Following the break, you can try to pull the fish hooves, experience the foot bridge – the unique feature of the Southern of Vietnam and take a rest on the hammock woven by banana rope. It will be certainly interesting. Next, you will have an opportunity to enjoy the rowing boat via small canals and stop at Mekong Eco-lodge to check-in rooms and take a rest.
8:00 am: After breakfast, taking bike to begin the how to make the rice paper used to make the spring roll dishes. Then, we continue going to Ms. Sau’s house to see the method to knit the banana hammock from the rope of dry banana journey in which you will have an opportunity to enjoy the daily life and participate in a lot of activities with local people in Tan Phong Island. First of all, we will visit Ms Ba’s house to learn leaves. The next destination is Ms Yen’s house - the place where you can learn the way to make jackfruit leaf cake - a special cake of Tan Phong Island. After that, we will visit Ms Muoi- a very old woman- to see the method to make the nipa leaves that can roof Vietnamese house. Say goodbye to Ms Muoi, we cycle to Thao’s house to know how to knit water hyacinth, you can also enjoy your first handmade lovely gift with the guidance of Ms. Thao. Next, we visit a school to interact with the children before coming back to Mekong Ecolodge to take a rest and check out. At around 12 p.m: You have an opportunity to take a ferry with the local people going through Tien River and the car will pick you up at the opposite side transfer to Saigon.

Guide welcome at the hotel lobby, Then ride a bicycle to a herb village - a little charming village lies on the edge of Hoi An . It is named after the sweetly scented vegetable. There you can get the wonderful farming life scenery with plenty of vegetables and local farmers hard-working on their own garden. Nearly 60% of Vietnam’s population engages in farming. In order to get a real insight into the hardship of growing vegetables, spend some hours helping the local farmers with their daily tasks. On the edge of Hoi An Ancient town lays Cam Thanh Eco village, known for scented vegetables that spice up local dishes. Upon arrival, take a tour around the vegetable gardens and join the farmers in preparing and fertilizing the land. Get to know the villagers’ daily working routines, like raking the ground, sowing, watering and picking greens and many more gardening activities. Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Hanoi. Depart from the hotel for a visit to Vietnam’s first university: the Temple of Literature. Founded in 1076, Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, mandarins and members of the elite.
Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples. Nearby is the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and his modest house on stilts. (Sites are viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Jun - Aug)
Visit the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history line of more than 1,500 years. After visiting, you will have a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.

After breakfast at hotel, driver picks up and transfer to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea”.
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in then enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following break, depending on each cruise’s itinerary of the day, you’ll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board.
Early risers can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Halong Bay. Breakfast will be served shortly thereafter. Enjoy breakfast (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations back towards port.
