Step 3: Receive your visa approval letter in your email

Print out the visa approval letter, application form entry and exit which we sent to your email by JPG or PDF.

• Fill out the entry-and-exit form
• Prepare 2 passport-sized photos 4x6cm
• Please note that your passport has at least six months validity remaining from the arrival date to Vietnam.

Step 4: Get a visa at the Vietnam airport
