DAY 1: HA NOI – HA GIANG – ROAD TRANSFER
Morning
- 08:00: Get ready to be picked up at the meeting point at the Hanoi Old Quarters area.
- Head out towards Viet Tri and Tuyen Quang, driving through the beautiful Red River Delta.
- Arrive in Tuyen Quang, a town famous for its lush green tea plantations. We'll stop here for lunch and try some delicious local cuisine at one of the many excellent eateries in the area.
Afternoon and Evening
- Continue our journey towards Ha Giang, where we'll spend the night in an authentic Thai house on stilts.
- Enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared by the local family. Relax after a long journey and take in the peaceful surroundings of this charming village.

DAY 2: HA GIANG - DONG VAN
Morning
- You can wake up early to catch the sunrise over the majestic mountains.
- Have breakfast to fuel up for the day's adventures.
- Meet your tour guide and buy a permit to visit the specific locations in Ha Giang.
- Start your journey through the winding roads, taking in the stunning passes, rolling mountains, and lush valleys.
- Take a lunch break in Tam Son, a charming mountain town.
Afternoon and Evening
- Explore the Vuong Palace, a grand mansion that once belonged to the powerful Hmong Vuong family. The palace has unique architecture and is filled with fascinating historical artifacts.
- Continue the trip and arrive in Dong Van at around 18:00.
- Have dinner at a local restaurant and try some of the region's famous delicacies.

DAY 3: DONG VAN – MA PI LENG PASS – MEO VAC
Morning
- Have breakfast at your hotel in Ha Giang.
- If there is Sunday, we highly recommend visiting the local market. Here, you'll get to witness the vibrant and colorful traditional ethnic clothes worn by the local ethnic groups. It's a truly unique and authentic experience!
- After that, we'll take you to Pu Lo, a French fortress built in 1890. The climb up it's definitely worth it for the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
- Next up, get ready for an unforgettable experience as we drive through the Ma Pi Leng Pass, the 20 km-long mountain pass located at an altitude of 1200m, which is one of the four most challenging passes in Vietnam, with many winding curves. You'll be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and terraced fields. Don't forget to bring your camera!
- Head to Meo Vac Valley for a delicious lunch. This is the perfect opportunity to try some of the local specialties and immerse yourself in the local culture.
Afternoon and Evening
- Make our way back to Ha Giang.
- Stay overnight in your hotel Ha Giang.
NOTE: If you miss the Sunday market in Dong Van, a trip to Lui Market can be arranged depending on the departure date.

DAY 4: HA GIANG – HA NOI

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation received before 16 days: FREE of charge
- Cancellation received from 15 days to 8 days prior arrival date: 30% of total rate
- Cancellation received from 7 days to 3 days prior arrival date: 60% of total rate
- Cancellation received less than 2 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate
- No refunds are given in case of 'force majeure'.
- No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has begun for any reason whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.
CHILDREN PRICES:
- FOC for children from 1 to 4 go along with 2 adults (their parents must pay for all their other expense and 1 to 3 year-old children do not have their own seats in the car). In case one person go on the trip with one child from 1-3 years old, the child will be charged 50% as an adult’s price (the child will have meals and his/her own seat).
- 5 to 9 year-old children will be charged 75% of the tour fee (they will have their own seats in our car and their own meals, but they have to share the hotel room with their parents)
- From 10-year-old children are considered as adults

1. Deposits & Payment Policy:
- A deposit of 25% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind until 2 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.
- All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Card, not including credit card transaction fee ( Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).
- If you wish to pay us online on our secure server, please click here and fill in the form.
- After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Why travel with Viet Green Travel
The cancellations timeline will be charged as follows:
- 60 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Refund of Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
5. Liability
VIET GREEN TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, VIET GREEN TRAVEL will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
6. Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
VIET GREEN TRAVEL strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

1. How do I reserve my tours with Viet Green Travel/Viet Green Golf?
Just complete and send the reservation form on our website, making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and phone number. As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 hours.
2. Do you have tours available on specific dates?
Almost all of our tours are daily departure. To make a booking, you must submit a reservation form. Then we process the booking and reply to you within 24 hours.
3. I don’t want to make a reservation online, what can I do?

4. Can I make a reservation directly through a travel agent?
Yes, of course if you would like to make a reservation directly with the tour operator or travel agent, you will need to contact them directly. However, we are in good position to make the offer, make the booking and run the trip as we are a local tour operator.
5. What if the preferred hotel is not available?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within 24 hours after placing your order) and we will do our best to suggest or book an alternative similar hotel based on your preferences and our experience.
6. What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
We can only guarantee bookings made at least 3-working days (not including Sun & Public holidays) before the departure date.
7. How far in advance can I book?
You can book as far as 24 months in advance, but please ensure you remember you have made the reservation. We will charge 20% of total rate is required upon the confirmation of services require full payment 60 days before departure.
You can expect to receive the invoice as a reminder well in advance of your trip.
8. How do I make a reservation for someone else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his or her name instead of yours for guest name. Don’t forget to use your email address to receive your confirmation information.
9. What happens to my tour booking if my flight is delayed?
Please inform us and the hotel immediately as any changes or fee will depend on the hotel policy. We will also try our best to offer you similar ground services.
10. Is it reliable to book online?
Making an online reservation is easy and safe. Just complete the secure reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address.. As soon as we receive your request we will reply within 24 hours.
