ITINERARY TOUR:
DAY 1: PHNOM PENH ARRIVAL
- Welcome to Phnom Penh, the vibrant, bustling capital of Cambodia, which is situated at the confluence of three rivers, the mighty Mekong, the Bassac, and the great Tonle Sap.
- On arrival at Phnom Penh airport, you are picked up by our friendly tour guide and then transferred to the hotel in the city center for checking in. The room is ready after 14:00, so please contact us if you want to book an early check-in.

DAY 2: HALF DAY PHNOM PENH CITY TOUR – ROAD TRANSFER TO SIEM REAP
Morning
You will join the city tour to visit most of the must-see places in the capital.
- After breakfast, the tour guide picks you up from the hotel lobby to start the tour. You will visit the Independence Monument, Royal Palace compound, Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), and National Museum.
- The morning tour ends in Wat Phnom, the only hill in the town with sacred sites. You can climb to the top of the hill to see the beautiful city below.
Afternoon
- Let's get transferred to the bus station for a 6-hour drive to Siem Reap. The tour guide is not with you on the bus, but you can see him/her in Siem Reap. On the way, you can see more rural areas in Cambodia, along the way, the bus stops at a local restaurant for the restroom, where you can order meals and snacks.
- Upon arrival at the station in Siem Reap, you will be met by a local tour guide, who will bring you to the hotel in the city center for refreshments.
- Having free time in Siem Reap, you can explore the day and night market, enjoy Khmer massage and spa treatments, visit a variety of great cafes and restaurants, or try a fish massage at your own time and expense.
- Relax and prepare yourself for tomorrow's tour of Angkor.

DAY 3: ANGKOR WAT COMPLEX FULL DAY TOUR
Today, you will join a full-day tour to explore the Angkor complex.
Morning
- You will travel to Angkor Thom, the city's former capital. The tour will begin at the South Gate and travel to the Bayon Temple, which is notable for its 54 towers that are covered in more than 200 smiling Avolokitesvara faces, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King.
- Visit Ta Prohm, the undeniable capital of the kingdom of the Trees, encircled by the roots of giant fig trees and enormous creepers. The famous Hollywood movie Tomb Raider was also filmed at Ta Prohm.
Afternoon
- We will investigate Angkor Wat, the most well-known of all the temples in Angkor. The nation's icon, this temple is regarded as the lifeblood of Cambodia. This enormous rectangular temple, which spans 200 hectares, represents the traditional Khmer concept of the temple mountain.
- After your tour of the Angkor Complex, you will be dropped off at a local restaurant for a buffet meal and Khmer Traditional Dance Show.

DAY 4: SIEM REAP FREE DAY
It's a free day to explore Siem Reap. You can enjoy some delectable street food, treat yourself to a traditional Khmer massage, or take a culinary lesson to learn more about the culture of Cambodia. There are optional tours available for you to consider.
- Tonle Sap Lake Half Day + Lunch (Morning or Afternoon)
You will visit and enjoy a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake. This is the largest permanent freshwater lake in South East Asia and flows into the Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. You will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, a floating police station, etc.
- Siem Reap Cooking Class Half Day +Lunch (Morning: 08:30-12:00, Available from 2 pax)
You will be picked up from the hotel lobby to visit the local market to prepare for necessary ingredients then arrive at the restaurant with welcome drinks. The cooking class might last for 3 hours and 30 minutes. At the end of the cooking class, you will enjoy your own meal with soft drinks.

DAY 5: SIEM REAP DEPARTURE

Cambodia
Cambodia feels like a bit of a hidden gem in Southeast Asia. While it’s still a pretty popular tourist destination, it’s not talked about nearly as much as Thailand. With spectacular temples, beautiful islands and beaches, and a rich cultural heritage, Cambodia’s a place you won’t want to miss.
The most popular time to travel in Cambodia is during the dry season, from November to March. In the dry season, temperatures usually vary between 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the high 80s, occasionally getting up to the 90s. April and May are the hottest and most humid months, with temperatures reaching 100 degrees.
The rainy season goes from May to October, and while the temperature will still reach highs of 90, the rain does cool it off a bit. In the wet season, afternoon downpours are routine but don’t tend to disrupt daily life very much. If you don’t mind packing an umbrella, traveling during this time can be pleasant and a lot less crowded than the high season.
As with most of southeast Asia, travel in Cambodia is relatively cheap. If you’re happy staying in hostel dorms and eating local dishes, you might be fine getting by on $15 a day. But if you want to indulge in some comfort food, get a private room, or experience some of the country’s tourist activities, you’re going to want to budget a bit higher.
For $25 a day you’ll be able to live very comfortably in Cambodia and enjoy some of the country’s best attractions. The more tours you want to go on or hotels you want to spring for will obviously affect your budget, but in general, I’d say a good base point to plan for would be about $20-$25 per day for your visit.
What to Pack for Traveling to Cambodia
No matter when you travel in Cambodia, it’s going to be pretty hot. The tropical climate means high heat and humidity year-round. Despite that, it can still get cool in the evenings, especially during the “winter” months, so it’s a good idea to bring a lightweight rain jacket or sweater. Ponchos are available in most places, but it’s a good idea to bring a rain jacket if you’ll be traveling during the wet season. There’s nothing worse than getting stuck in an afternoon downpour without cover!
Other things we recommend bringing would be a sturdy travel water bottle, a sand-free beach blanket if you’re planning on visiting any of the islands, an RFID travel wallet, and a good pair of travel sandals. Last but not least, you will definitely need a good sun hat as the sun can get quite intense especially when wandering around Angkor Wat.

- All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Card, not including credit card transaction fee ( Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).
- If you wish to pay us online on our secure server, please click here and fill in the form.
- After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

The cancellations timeline will be charged as follows:
- 60 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

- 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
4. Refund of Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
5. Liability
VIET GREEN TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, VIET GREEN TRAVEL will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
6. Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
VIET GREEN TRAVEL strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
